Medical Research Institute, University of Edinburgh
The new Research Institute for Medical Cell Biology at Little France in Edinburgh needed to raise substantial new capital. John Godfrey worked with the University of Edinburgh on the task of researching and planning a major fundraising campaign to raise £15m philanthropic funding for the Institute. During his time managing the project, over £7m was pledged, and following his strategy the final target has now been achieved.
