Napier University, Edinburgh
John was contracted as Project Director to lead a new development team and manage a £5m capital campaign for Napier University. He established systems to manage and account for donations, processes for researching and cultivating prospects and communicating with donors. When he left, £3m had been raised for the new business school and increasing donations were coming in for a wide range of other university projects.
