Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis up to a maximum of three people per organisation per course.
Cancellations will be accepted up to fourteen (14) days before the course. You may delegate a colleague to attend in your place. Refunds cannot be made for any cancellations made after this time.
Artful reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event if necessary. Artful will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible. You will be offered a full refund.
In cases where Artful does accept a late booking and no payment in advance is possible you will be invoiced for the course whether you attend or not.
You will receive an initial confirmation within 7 days of us receiving your payment, and a final confirmation with directions and an programme will be sent to you 5 days before the course.
By returning this form you consent to the details supplied being retained by Artful for reasonable marketing and publicity purposes.
